Eligible families in Texas, New Hampshire, Florida, and West Virginia may use approved education funds to cover the cost of academic support services, including math intervention, educational therapy, and executive functioning coaching.

What Is PDSES?

PDSES is a Texas Education Agency program that allows families to access additional support for their child’s special education needs. Through the Parent Directed Special Education Services (PDSES) or ESA program, eligible parents receive state-funded dollars—managed through ClassWallet—that can be used to pay for approved tutoring, educational therapy, and other specialized services. The program gives families more control, more options, and more flexibility in choosing high-quality providers who can support their child’s academic and developmental goals.

PDSES funds are accessed through ClassWallet and may be used for approved instructional and therapeutic services.

What Is the New Hampshire EFA Program?

The Education Freedom Account (EFA) Program helps New Hampshire families access approved educational services using state-allocated scholarship funds. Parents can choose providers like MindBridge Math Mastery to support their child’s academic needs, including math tutoring, educational therapy, and executive functioning coaching.

EFA funds are managed through ClassWallet and can be used to pay approved providers directly.

What Is Florida Step Up For Students?

The Florida Step Up For Students program provides scholarship and education savings account funding to eligible families for approved educational services. Families may use Step Up funds to pay for academic support from approved providers, including online tutoring, educational therapy, and executive functioning coaching.

MindBridge Math Mastery is an approved provider for Florida Step Up For Students. Funding type, eligibility, and payment processes vary depending on the specific Step Up scholarship awarded.

What Is the West Virginia HOPE Scholarship Program?

The West Virginia HOPE Scholarship Program provides eligible families with state-funded education dollars to support approved educational services. Families may use HOPE funds to pay approved providers for academic instruction, educational therapy, and related support services.

MindBridge Math Mastery is an approved provider for the West Virginia HOPE Scholarship Program. HOPE funds are managed independently and do not use ClassWallet.

How to Use ClassWallet (when applicable)for Our Services

ClassWallet is used for Texas PDSES and New Hampshire EFA programs.

  • Check Eligibility – Confirm your child is eligible for the Texas PDSES/ESA Program or the New Hampshire EFA Program.

    Log in to ClassWallet – Access your ClassWallet account.

  • Find MindBridge Math Mastery – Search for our business name in the ClassWallet vendor list.

  • Submit Payment – Select the services you’d like to book and complete the payment directly in ClassWallet—no upfront cost to you.
