Service Description
This extended professional consultation is designed for educators, learning specialists, and tutors who are ready to take a deeper, more strategic look at their work and refine their approach. This session allows for a more in-depth discussion than the standard consultation. We will go beyond surface-level questions and take a closer look at your current approach, the challenges you are facing, and where you may be getting stuck. During this consultation, we can explore how you are currently working with students, particularly those who struggle with math despite effort, including students with dyscalculia, executive functioning challenges, or other learning differences. We will examine patterns, identify gaps, and discuss what may need to shift in order to create more meaningful progress. This is also an opportunity to ask more detailed questions about session structure, instructional decision-making, and how to move from general tutoring into a more specialized, intervention-based approach. When relevant, we may touch on positioning, client alignment, and how to build a more sustainable, high-value practice. Because of the extended time, this session allows for more nuanced conversation, deeper analysis, and more targeted feedback. However, this is still a consultation—not a full training or step-by-step breakdown of proprietary systems. My role is to help you think more clearly, see what you may be missing, and leave with stronger direction and confidence in your next steps. Cancellation Policy
MindBridge Math Mastery Professional Consultation Booking Policy Welcome to MindBridge Math Mastery. This professional consultation is designed for educators, specialists, and tutors seeking high-level insight and guidance. Please review the policy below prior to booking. 1. Appointment Confirmation Your consultation is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly and check your spam/junk folder if needed. 2. Consultation Investment & Payment Professional consultations are paid sessions. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Unpaid sessions will not be held. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. 4. Punctuality Consultations begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the original end time. Time will not be extended. 5. Scope of Consultation This consultation is a high-level, strategic discussion designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional insight. It is not: A training session A comprehensive business coaching program A step-by-step breakdown of proprietary methods or materials While questions are welcome, responses will remain at a strategic level appropriate for the scope and duration of the session. 6.
