Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and productive consultation experience. 1. Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed once you receive an email or SMS notification. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Although the strategy session is free, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if needing to cancel or reschedule our meeting. We appreciate your consideration in respecting our time and allowing us to accommodate all clients. 3. Punctuality: Please ensure you are on time for your strategy session. If you arrive late, the meeting will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, resulting in a shortened meeting. 4. Preparation: All of our meetings will be conducted virtually. Please have any relevant documents ready, such as copies of IEPs, report cards, assessment results, or any other information that may help us understand your child's academic needs. 5. Confidentiality: We prioritize your privacy. All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing academic assistance. 6. Strategy Session Scope: The free strategy session will last approximately 20 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your child's academic needs and how our services can support them. Detailed academic assistance sessions will be scheduled separately. 7. Next Steps: If we decide that this is a good match, following the strategy session you will receive paperwork to complete, sign, and return, including the academic assistance contract, which outlines all our policies and procedures. We will also schedule our first formal session, which may include an optional diagnostic assessment. 8.
