This professional consultation is designed for educators, learning specialists, and tutors who are ready to move beyond traditional tutoring and develop a more specialized, high-impact approach to supporting students in math. If you are working with—or planning to work with—students who struggle with math despite effort, including those with dyscalculia, executive functioning challenges, or other learning differences, this session will help you think more strategically about your approach. During our time together, we will discuss your current work, the challenges you are encountering, and the direction you are trying to move toward. I will provide insight into how I approach math intervention, how I structure my sessions to support deeper understanding, and what differentiates specialized instruction from general tutoring. We may also touch on how to position your services, work with complex learners, and avoid common pitfalls that keep many educators stuck. This is not a step-by-step training session or a comprehensive business coaching program. Rather, it is a focused, high-level consultation designed to give you clarity, direction, and a stronger framework for your next steps. My background includes a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Math K–12), certification as a teacher and educational clinician, and over a decade of experience working with a wide range of learners, including those with dyscalculia and other neurodiverse profiles. My work centers on helping students who have not responded to traditional instruction finally access and understand math in a meaningful way. Cancellation Policy
MindBridge Math Mastery Professional Consultation Booking Policy Welcome to MindBridge Math Mastery. This professional consultation is designed for educators, specialists, and tutors seeking high-level insight and guidance. Please review the policy below prior to booking. 1. Appointment Confirmation Your consultation is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation. Please ensure your contact information is entered correctly and check your spam/junk folder if needed. 2. Consultation Investment & Payment Professional consultations are paid sessions. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Unpaid sessions will not be held. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. 4. Punctuality Consultations begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the original end time. Time will not be extended. 5. Scope of Consultation This consultation is a high-level, strategic discussion designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional insight. It is not: A training session A comprehensive business coaching program A step-by-step breakdown of proprietary methods or materials While questions are welcome, responses will remain at a strategic level appropriate for the scope and duration of the session. 6. Preparation To make the most of your consultation, please come prepared with specific questions, goals, or areas of focus. This ensures a more productive and targeted discussion. 7. Materials, strategies, and frameworks discussed may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial training purposes without written permission. 8. Confidentiality All discussions during the consultation will remain confidential and are intended solely for professional guidance. 9.
