Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed once you receive an email or SMS notification. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Although the consultation is free, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if needing to cancel or reschedule our meeting. We appreciate your consideration in respecting our time and allowing us to accommodate all clients. 3. Punctuality: Please ensure you are on time for your consultation. If you arrive late, the consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled time, resulting in a shortened session. 4. Preparation: All of our meetings will be conducted virtually. Please have any relevant documents ready, such as copies of IEPs, report cards, assessment results, or any other information that may help us understand your child's academic needs. 5. Confidentiality: We prioritize your privacy. All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing academic assistance. 6. Consultation Scope: The free consultation will last approximately 20 minutes. During this time, we will discuss your child's academic needs and how our services can support them. Detailed academic assistance sessions will be scheduled separately. 7. Next Steps: If we decide that this is a good match, following the consultation you will receive paperwork to complete, sign, and return, including the academic assistance contract, which outlines all our policies and procedures.
